The obvious is sometimes not so obvious to some folks. For example, why do people cut off the hands that feed them? Turning on someone who has supported you is not wise. Neither is it wise to repay a person who has always been there for you with wrongness! I often wonder, “When people do this, what do they expect in return?” Don’t they realize that when the “feeding” hand is no longer available, their “nourishment” will be cut off too? They might even “starve” because they no longer have the various benefits that the hands provided! That fact is quite obvious to me. Its simplicity requires no explanation. Its ignorance does not either.
