Nothing from nothing leaves nothing. That is what procrastination yields…..nothing. It is one thing to procrastinate when you have tasks that only require your efforts. Procrastination when a team effort is required is another thing. Then, it causes a source of anxiety, stress, and frustration for others. It is also a lack of consideration for other people’s time, input / output, and energies. “Time waits on no one,” so “why put off until tomorrow what you can do today!” It’s better to move forward timely rather than procrastinate until later. Your best work may not occur with rushed, procrastinated outputs. With ample and timely preparations, the end results are usually better and more representative of your talents.
