You are what you eat! As we age, we have to be more conscientious about what enters our mouth. Making good food selections is critical. Exercising is essential. Admittedly, it is more difficult to make changes as we grow older. Our old practices (poor eating regimens, lack of exercise) have become old habits that are hard to change. It is “work in process” for me and my over 50 (year old) group as we grow old gracefully with healthy consequences in mind.
