Health is the Biggest Wealth in Life. You betta know it! It brings in desired Happiness, Enjoyment and Pleasure. ... Don’t be deceived by materialism. Know this. The Possessions of money/things don't make an individual rich.

In other words, you can live nicely without being wealthy. Good health on the other hand is worth its weight in gold!

Developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be a struggle, but we should work hard to eat better, exercise more, get sufficient sleep, and get our medical checkups. Let’s work on this together. Let’s improve, take better care of ourselves ... and develop/practice/maintain healthy habits! I’m in. Are you?

We women should stand tall as we maintain high standards keeping our heads lifted high toward the sky ... and of course strut in our high heel shoes. We deserve only the best! We should wear respect, class, dignity, and integrity. God fearing, we should exemplify the characteristics of the virtuous woman described in the Book of Proverbs, Chapter 31. Our value is far greater than rubies; we are priceless! As women, our internal beauty should be as radiant as our glow that is shone externally.
