KEEP AT ARM'S DISTANCE

Vernalee

By Vernalee

Some people you must keep at arm's length. In other words, you keep the distance and not get too involved. The closer you are, the more vulnerable. Protect yourself by not talking too much is not a bad idea when you're unsure. Keeping a person's at arm's length is not necessarily regarded as a friendly approach, but it may serve you well in the long run. Sometimes, it's better to be safe than sorry!
